While my work lives within the boundaries of realism, I’ve never thought of it as photorealistic. Being obsessed with texture and tone, I aim to bring these to the forefront, rather than copying every detail, to create a more dynamic presence.

I want the viewer to feel uplifted and inspired, just as I have been by the subjects that I draw.
